In my therapy sessions, I take a mind-body oriented approach–primarily using Somatic Experiencing® and somatic touch therapy (as appropriate).
Somatic Therapy can assist with many physical and emotional challenges such as; anxiety, depression, mental fog, physical pain, difficulties making decisions, sleep issues to name a few. I’m always willing to start from “wherever you’re at”, with compassion, kindness and caring–and some powerful therapies and practices that may just change your life.
